What's the difference between "Collect" and "Give" feedback?
Collect feedback is for website owners who want to receive annotations from their team, clients, or testers. You manage all incoming feedback in your dashboard. Give feedback is for consultants, UX reviewers, or testers who annotate other people's websites and send them professional reports.
Can my clients view annotations for free?
Yes! When you share a report as an Expert, your clients can view and reply to all annotations at no cost. They only need to pay if they want to receive feedback from others on their own websites.
What does "email domain" mean for the Max plan?
With the Max plan, anyone with an email address ending in @yourcompany.com automatically has access to all your domains and annotations. This is perfect for agencies where multiple team members need access. Alternatively, you can whitelist specific email addresses if you prefer more granular control.
What counts as a "domain"?
A domain is the main website address (e.g., example.com). All pages on that domain and its subdomains (like blog.example.com or app.example.com) count as one domain for billing purposes.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription with one click from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan is completely free and lets you receive up to 10 annotations on one domain. This is your trial! You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need more capacity or features.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). You can switch to annual billing from your account settings at any time.
